Production Systems

Our production system is composed of high-tech machinery that meets the needs of the current mechanical processing market, constantly updated to meet customer requirements.

Tre-Di ‘s machine park consists of more than 30 computerized numerical control machine (CNC), both fixed and sliding headstock, all equipped with counter spindle, motorized tools, Y axis and bar feeder with diameters ranging from 4mm up to 80mm.

  • Biglia CNC twin-spindle, 2 motorized turrets with y-axis and bar feeder up to diam. 45
  • Biglia CNC twin-spindle, 2motorized turrets with y-axis and bar feeder up to diam. 70
  • Doosan CNC twin spindle, 1 motorized turret with y-axis and bar feeder up to diam. 80
  • Hanwha CNC Sliding Headstock, 10 axes and bar feeder up to diam. 35
  • Robodrill Fanuc CNC machining center with table 500x400x300 and 3 axes

Additionally we have automated sawing machines, column drills, manual milling machines and ultrasonic washing machines.
